Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes or facilities. You will direct therapy for speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders and collaborate with care teams.

You will develop and review treatment plans, administer assessments, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience as a speech therapist.
• Valid and unrestricted license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
