Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and address students' communication needs within educational settings. You will lead comprehensive assessments, share results with families and district staff, and design targeted interventions aligned with IEPs.

The role includes delivering therapy or supervising assistants, tracking progress, and participating in ARD meetings to advocate for students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate evaluation findings with parents and district personnel.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with ARD committee input.
• Provide therapy or supervise Assistants implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions.
