Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help students overcome communication challenges within educational settings. This role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and evidence-based interventions.

You will evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and deliver or supervise therapy to support student success—advancing access, participation, and achievement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs by conducting comprehensive evaluations.
• Share findings with parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP Assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
