Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication needs within educational settings. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy services to help students achieve academic and social success.

The role requires Texas licensure and an ASHA CCC-SLP. You may collaborate with ARD teams and supervise assistants to meet IEP goals while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or preferred.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district personnel.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to develop evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapy services or supervise assistants toward IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to support students.
