Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help students overcome communication challenges in their educational settings. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.

You will deliver therapy services or supervise assistants, track progress with detailed records, and actively participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for student

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs by conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students' therapy needs.
• Communicate findings with parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee to support student progress.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students' programs.
