Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to deliver comprehensive therapy services to residents in a senior living environment. You will conduct evaluations, plan individualized treatment programs, provide direct therapy, and assist with discharge planning across continuum care settings.

The role offers specialized on-site training, potential CEUs, and a comprehensive benefits package within a supportive, non-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active CCC from ASHA is required.
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Develop individual treatment programs and goals; conduct actual treatments and discharge planning.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed; participate in related duties.
