Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active ASHA CCC is required.
• Current SLP license or eligibility in the state(s) served is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs.
• Execute actual treatments and discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with care teams across services.
