You will evaluate residents, plan individualized treatment programs, perform therapy sessions, and contribute to discharge planning within a supportive, non-profit community-based setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
• A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Discharge planning and performing related duties; opportunities for professional growth.
