Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered therapy across a continuum of care, with evaluations, goal setting, and treatments. In-house program and on-site training support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification required.
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for license in applicable state(s).
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs and goals.
• Deliver direct therapy, discharge planning, and related duties as required.
