Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in a senior living setting. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to address communication and swallowing needs.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree and state SLP licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred or required. Travel may be required, with benefits including weekly pay, health/dental coverage after month‑end,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
• Provides therapy to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.
• Educates patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes and plans.
