Job summary

Pioneer Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess, treat, and support seniors with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop tailored plans that help residents regain communication skills and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of senior residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy sessions to residents in a variety of settings, including individual and group therapy
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident
• Document resident progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
