Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active ASHA Certification (CCC) is required or eligible to obtain.
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the service state(s).
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Administer treatments, discharge planning, and related duties.
• Participate in professional development and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with care teams to guide patient-centered treatment planning.
