Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication needs within Texas schools. You will evaluate needs, collaborate with ARD, and deliver or supervise therapy aligned with IEP goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling (FT/PT/AS-NEED), competitive pay starting at $53 per hour, and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement options. Licensure in Texas and CCC-SLP are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs through comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with compassion.
• Develop interventions with ARD to enhance student performance and education access.
• Deliver therapy or supervise SLP Assistants implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences to support programs.
