Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students across educational settings. This role requires a Master’s in SLP, active Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP certification.

You will evaluate needs, develop interventions, and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. The position offers flexible full-time, part-time, or as-needed arrangements with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify student needs.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clarity and empathy.
• Develop evidence‑based therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the ARD committee.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise SLPAs to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to advocate for students.
