Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to evaluate students, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop targeted interventions alongside the ARD committee. You may deliver therapy or supervise assistants while tracking progress and refining plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active Texas licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Texas license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify student needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to parents and district personnel.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to develop targeted interventions enhancing student performance.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise SLP Assistants on IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support programs.
