Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Garland, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication needs. You will evaluate, plan interventions with ARD, provide therapy, and supervise assistants to meet IEP goals.

Responsibilities include communicating results to families and school staff, maintaining progress records, and advocating for effective services. This role offers flexible scheduling and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy services.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district personnel.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to adjust interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to advocate for students.
