Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in educational settings. You’ll evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop evidence-based interventions.

You may deliver therapy services directly or supervise assistants, participate in ARD meetings, and monitor progress to help students access education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with ARD committee input.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise SLPAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with accurate records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions.
