Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students with communication challenges within Texas schools. The role involves evaluations, collaboration with ARD, and delivering targeted therapies to improve access to education.

You will work with families, district staff, and students to design and implement IEP-aligned interventions, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality therapy services in educational settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate comprehensive speech-language needs to identify therapy requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee to improve student outcomes.
• Provide direct therapy or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed documentation and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for services.
