Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication needs in educational settings.

You will evaluate, develop interventions with ARD, deliver therapy or supervise assistants, and document progress. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling to help balance professional and personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required/preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Develop interventions with the ARD committee to support IEP goals.
• Provide therapy services or supervise assistants implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
