Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy upon physician referral at our Cleveland, Tennessee facility. The role requires MS/MA in SLP, state licensure, CPR, and ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility.

New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred. Responsibilities include establishing patient goals, supervising CFYs (if CCCS), strict documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCCs or eligible for CFY; must obtain/maintain ASHA certification.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification required at hire.
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust patient goals; document progress.
• Oversee CFYs for CCCS when applicable / supervise CFY as needed.
• Follow approved treatment plans under supervision and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate charting and use therapy software.
• Communicate within an interdisciplinary team and uphold patient rights.
