Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct speech therapy in a post-acute setting. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, while documenting progress and ensuring patient safety.

Requirements include MS/MA in SLP, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, active Florida license, and CPR certification. New grads are welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology and be ASHA CCCs or CFY eligible.
• Active state license and ongoing credential maintenance required.
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred; CPR kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services per physician referral.
• Document care and chart appropriately following guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to plan patient care.
