Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with facility staff.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology and a valid state license; opportunities exist for ongoing professional development and advancement within Reliant’s clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (where applicable).
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and basic Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology therapy and related services to patients.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge plans and case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with all regulations and guidelines.
