Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver SLP services across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans, and manage discharges in coordination with facility staff.

Applicants must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid state license, with opportunities for professional development and growth across a large national network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients in accordance with standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s policies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; plan discharges and case management.
• Uphold professional conduct reflecting reliants commitment to excellence and comply with regulations.
