Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive SLP therapy within skilled nursing facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, and discharge planning while adhering to facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate).

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, discharge plans, and case management responsibilities.
• Maintain professional conduct in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation’s quality and service commitments and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols are followed.
