Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license required where applicable.
• Computer literate with proficiency in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology therapy and related services for patients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plans.
• Manage case load and coordinate with facilities to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional conduct per Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines and state/federal regulations.
