Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Experience delivering SLP services in SNF or similar settings is preferred.
• Ability to document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP therapy to patients in SNF facilities.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care.
• Discharge planning and case management for patients.
• Maintain compliant and professional interactions with facilities and clients.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations governing speech-language pathology therapy.
