Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality SLP services to patients in various care communities across the state. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid state license to practice.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP state license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients following standards.
• Foster relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide discharge planning and case management for patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state practice acts.
• Demonstrate reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
