Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license where appropriate.
• Please note rate range is an estimate and may vary based on location and skill set.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology therapy and related services for patients in SNFs and LTACHs.
• Develop and manage initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plans.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
