Job summary

Requires MS/MA in SLP, state licensure, and ASHA credentials or CFY eligibility; CPR on hire. New grads welcome. You will document care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold patient safety in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility required for credentialing.
• Current state licensure; maintain active license.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify patient goals based on referrals.
• Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist in ensuring patient safety and rights.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
