Job summary

Marin Post Acute in Greenbrae, CA is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, residents, families; timely documentation; participation in care planning; and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
