Job summary

Vineyard Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our therapy team at the Petaluma, CA facility. • Educate residents and families on strategies for continued progress; maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Job Responsibilities:
