Job summary

Marin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in Greenbrae, CA. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities.

The role requires a California license; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current California Speech Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, residents, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress.
