Job summary

Marin Post Acute in Greenbrae, CA seeks a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nursing staff and families, timely documentation, and participation in care planning.

Qualifications

• Current California Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Marin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
