Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy in a K-12 setting in a Glen Mills, PA district. The role supports autistic and general education students within school hours, with potential SLPA/CF supervision and AAC experience preferred.

This full-time position emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff. The successful candidate will hold a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCCs, a PA license, and a school-based certification.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program.
  • CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
  • Educational or Instructional Certificate.
  • Current PA state license.
  • Preferred candidates have experience working with children in a school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12.
  • Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
  • Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.
  • Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
  • Case Management may be required.
  • AAC consultation may be required.
  • Some travel may be required throughout the school day.

Location: Glen Mills, PA
Snapshot: We are seeking a speech-language pathologist to work full-time with students in grades K-12 in specialized autistic support classes in one district, possible SLPA/ CF supervision, AAC experience preferred.
