Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy and collaborate with school staff for students from preschool through 12th grade in Mars, PA. This coverage role includes shadowing and strong support to ensure a smooth transition, five days per week.

The role emphasizes documentation, IEP revisions, family consultation, and participation in IEP meetings, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development and clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program.
• CCC's
• Educational or Instructional Certificate
• Preferred candidates have experience working with children in the school setting.

Job description

Snapshot: We are seeking a speech-language pathologist to work 5 days/week with school age students, grades K-2, M-F, 7.5 hours/day. This is a coverage need that offers excellent shadowing/support for a smooth transition.

Location: Mars, PA

Timeframe: Mid-February 2027 through end of 26-27 school year.
