Job summary

AOT, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve in a K-12 setting within a specialized autistic support program in a Pennsylvania district.

The role is full-time from September through November 15, 2026, with potential SLPA/CF supervision and AAC experience preferred. Responsibilities include direct therapy, collaboration with teachers and families, data collection and IEP documentation, and possible travel between schools; attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• CCC certification is required or preferred.
• Educational or instructional certificate.
• Current Pennsylvania state license.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy with students from preschool through grade 12.
• Consult with teachers, therapists, staff, and families to support classroom participation.
• Document data collection, progress updates, and IEP revisions.
• Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
• Case management and AAC consultation as needed.
• Some travel may be required within the district.

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist

• Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12
• Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
• Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.
• Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
• Case Management may be required
• AAC consultation may be required
• Some travel may be required throughout the school day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program
• CCC's
• Educational or Instructional Certificate
• Current PA state license
• Preferred candidates have experience working with children in the school setting.
