Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is looking for a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Louis, MO. This in-person role supports K-5 students and provides opportunities for mentorship and development.

Your responsibilities will include providing therapy services, collaborating with educational teams, and ensuring documentation is completed promptly. Experience in school settings is a plus, but new clinicians are encouraged to apply!

• Valid Missouri State SLP license or ability to obtain quickly.

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in *St.Louis,*** *Missouri*. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –


• Elementary School-Based, K-5 Caseload


• Charter school


• Schedule: Full Time


• School Year: 2026-2027


• In-person only


• Pay up to $55/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–5 school setting


• Conduct evaluations and write reports


• Develop and implement IEP goals


• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families


• Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Missouri State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)


• Valid MoPro Licensure
