Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking an itinerant Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool through 12th grade students in a school-based, in-person setting in Bellevue, WA.

Candidates need a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and ESA certification or eligibility; experience with mild to severe disabilities and strong collaboration skills are essential. The position is 37.5 hours weekly with an ASAP start and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate students with communication needs, establish a caseload, and provide speech-language therapy, including classroom-based services.
• Develop appropriate IEP goals and objectives and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, evaluation teams, and other school staff to support students across settings.
• Plan services and activities suited to students’ developmental levels and functional communication needs.
• Follow applicable school policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Pay Range: $63-70/hour

Job Highlights
