Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Centralia, WA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person, school-based position with a full-time schedule (M-F) and a start between August 2026 and June 2027.

The SLP will provide therapy in a 7-12 school setting, conduct evaluations, write reports, develop and implement IEP goals, collaborate with special education teams and families, and handle documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner. CFs welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire).

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Centralia, Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first.
