Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Lakewood, WA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person role welcomes CFs and experienced SLPs, with mentorship provided.

The SLP will evaluate, develop and implement IEP goals, collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families, and complete timely documentation and progress monitoring on a full-time or part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire).
• CFs welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
