Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person role in Puyallup, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. The SLP will evaluate and treat students, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with school-based teams to support student communication goals.

CF-SLPs are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision and mentorship. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, WA state license, and ESA certification (or eligibility) are required for this

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role
• K-12 caseload
• Full time hours - 1.0 FTE for the entire school year
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate - or eligible to apply
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship
