Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Puyallup, WA, for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person role serves a K-12 caseload and runs full-time as 1.0 FTE for the entire school year.

We welcome CF-SLPs and seasoned providers to apply; supervision and mentorship are provided. Eligible candidates hold a WA SLP license and ESA certification or are eligible to apply. Competitive benefits accompany W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Washington state SLP license required with ESA certification or eligibility.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy.
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with school special education teams.
• In-person, school-based role with a K-12 caseload.
