Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for Federal Way, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. Roles are in-person, school-based, with flexible full-time or part-time options and supervision for CF-SLPs.

Positions begin September 2026 through June 2027; provide evaluations and therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with school teams. Ampersand Therapy supports clinicians with mentorship and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Washington state SLP license or willingness to obtain is required.
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate is required/desired.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and supervision/mentorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy.
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with school special education teams.

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role

• Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available

• Positions begin September 2026 through June 2027

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
