Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Longview, WA. This is an in-person, full-time position in a K–12 setting.

We welcome CFs and experienced SLPs; mentorship is provided. You will provide therapy, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teams, and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire).
• CFs welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families.
