Unlimited Instruction, LLC in Durham, NC seeks a K-12 Exceptional Child Teacher to support special education pathways and help students in a pathway program. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree can participate in a program to become eligible for a provisional SPED license for the 2026-27 school year and beyond.

Successful applicants will establish relationships with students, families, and school staff; assess progress; design instructional activities; and contribute to IEP/BSP development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or institution.
• Foundations of special education course or willingness to take the course as a term of employment.
• Will work towards obtaining a provisional Special Education License in North Carolina.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, administrators, support staff and parents.
• Continually assess and monitor student achievement and maintain reports for reporting purposes.
• Design and implement instructional and learning strategies and activities.
• Manage student behaviors to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate instructional activities with other professional staff to maximize learning opportunities.
• Plan and implement lessons based on division and school objectives for students with varying ability.
