Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service with service excellence and professional communication.
• Perform clerical duties including registration and order entry.
• Handle lab results distribution and communication to physicians.
• Prepare specimens for reference labs and manage related software.
• Direct lab requests and questions to proper departments.
• Register specimens accurately and ensure data completeness.
• Enter outreach specimen orders and label specimens correctly.
• Maintain competency and participate in required trainings.
• Organize daily tasks and prioritize to ensure timely responses.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
