Ideal candidates have 6+ months as a specimen collector or 1+ year in medical support, plus 2+ years of customer service. A valid driver's license and basic tech skills are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a specimen collector or 1+ year in medical field preferred.
• 2+ years customer service experience can substitute for medical experience.
• Ability to navigate smartphone and computer required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as intermediary between practice/clinic and the laboratory.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Address specimen concerns with billing or patient information in the ordering portal.
• Maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens when applicable.
