Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collection experience or 1+ year in direct patient support.
• 2+ years of customer service can substitute medical experience.
• Ability to navigate a smartphone and computer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HIPAA, HiTrust, confidentiality and compliance understood.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Resolve specimen concerns related to billing or patient information.
