Job summary

Millennium Health in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Full Time Female Specimen Collector II. You will collect urine and saliva samples, prepare and ship specimens, and act as a bridge between clinics and the lab.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months as a specimen collector or 1+ year in a medical setting, strong customer service, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Willingness to travel and adhere to HIPAA/security standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a specimen collector or 1+ year in medical field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience may be considered in lieu of medical experience.
• Ability to navigate smartphone and computer effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and order details accurately.
• Travel to multiple facilities; occasional overnight coverage.
