Millennium Health LLC is seeking a Full-Time Male Specimen Collector II in Rochester, MN. This role performs urine and oral fluid collections, processes and ships specimens, and serves as liaison between clinics and the lab.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months as a specimen collector or 1+ year in medical field, strong customer service, and ability to use a smartphone and computer. A valid driver’s license and HIPAA compliance are required.

Formación

• 6+ months of specimen collector experience or 1+ year in medical field, directly supporting patients preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service can substitute for medical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a smartphone and computer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HIPAA/compliance awareness and confidentiality expectations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and the laboratory.
• Record patient information, physician order details, and laboratory data.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in the ordering portal.
• Maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens as applicable.
